All public libraries and support offices will be closed on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day, the Hawaii State Public Library System announced Thursday.
While most facilities will be closed today and Dec. 31, some will be open, including the Kihei branch, which will be open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and the Lahaina branch, which will be open from noon to 4 p.m. Both branches will be open during the same hours on Dec. 31.
