The Grizzlies (30-14) are just one of three teams with at least 30 wins so far this season. They sit 1 1/2 games behind the Golden State Warriors for second place in the Western Conference and are coming off a 116-108 win over the Minnesota Timberwolves Thursday.

GIANNOTTO: Ja Morant and the Memphis Grizzlies have gone national, and they may never go back
The Grizzlies split their first two meeting with the Mavericks this season, with both road teams winning. Ja Morant also moved past Mavericks guard Luka Doncic for second place in All-Star fan voting among Western Conference guards this week.
The Mavericks won’t have Kristaps Porzingis (health and safety protocols) and Willie Cauley-Stein (personal reasons). The Grizzlies could still be without Steven Adams due to a non COVID-19 illness.
