CHICAGO, Dec 9 (Reuters) – The U.S. government left its forecast for the domestic soybean stockpile unchanged on Thursday as demand from exporters and crushers was expected to remain steady with its outlook from a month earlier.
Soybean ending stocks for the 2021/22 marketing year were pegged at 340 million bushels, according to the U.S. Agriculture Department’s monthly World Agricultural Supply and Demand Estimates report.
Analysts were expecting the report to show a soybean stockpile of 352 million bushels, based on the average of estimates given in a Reuters poll.
